I’ve been seeing Jayne for the majority of the year and the difference in me from my first session with her to now is immense. I had begun to lose faith in counselling and therapy as I had seen so many in the past and had not got on with it at all but Jayne has been a godsend. She’s helped me not only overcome so major difficulties but has built my strength of character and helped me grow as an individual. I am an entirely different person to when I first saw Jayne. I can’t recommend her enough. She is friendly, personable and so understanding which all makes going to sessions a lot less daunting and stressful. She has tailored everything to suit my needs and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me!
