You’ll explore why anxiety exists and the role it plays, the different types of anxiety, and some of the most common symptoms people experience. We’ll look at how anxiety and stress influence thought patterns, beliefs, and triggers, and the difference between the two, which is often misunderstood.

The session also covers practical techniques to help manage anxiety and stress in everyday life, with an emphasis on approaches that are realistic and easy to apply.
