My role as a corporate counsellor and workplace wellbeing specialist is to ensure your staff receive the very best independent support, whilst keeping your company's objectives firmly in mind. Early intervention is key. If a company can provide support on an ad-hoc basis when it is required, it will ensure that their workforce remains at work and more importantly, effective whilst at work.
Employees are a company's biggest investment. It makes financial sense to maintain their wellbeing in the same way that you would invest in the maintenance of your machinery.
